Complete reconstruction of a rural villa in Umbria

The original dwelling was completely demolished to make way for a full reconstruction from the ground up, conceived and executed in strict accordance with the client’s vision and under the direction and expertise of the ARCHI.TEC team.
Every decision, from the layout and volumetric design to the structure, materials, proportions, and final finishes, was carefully considered to reinterpret the original rural architecture, preserving its identity and character while incorporating modern standards of comfort, efficiency, and functionality.
